Find Orthodox feast days and saints
The calendar includes fixed commemorations and movable celebrations calculated from Orthodox Pascha. You can explore the Nativity of Christ, Theophany, Pascha, the Ascension, Pentecost and the Dormition of the Mother of God. Dates and liturgical observances are presented according to the Bulgarian Orthodox tradition; practices can differ between local Orthodox Churches.

Our sources and editorial approach
Calendar entries are prepared from Orthodox sources. Where the Bulgarian Orthodox Church – Bulgarian Patriarchate publishes an official calendar or liturgical guidance, it is used for verification. This site is an independent editorial project, not an official Church website. We identify content still awaiting verification rather than presenting it as confirmed.
English calendar dates and saints’ lives
Read our first date-specific English editorial adaptations, checked against the Bulgarian calendar and linked to the source pages. They are independent translations, not official Patriarchate editions.
English edition: publication status
This English introduction, the guides to fasting, feasts and saints, and the linked project-information pages are available now. Most other daily calendar dates and full saints’ lives remain in Bulgarian. We are preparing carefully reviewed translations; we will not present Bulgarian-only pages as fully translated English content.
